Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to drive sales and build loyalty
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales targets through product demonstrations
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system
- Maintain visually appealing store displays and merchandising standards
- Actively identify upsell opportunities and product bundle recommendations
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficient with point-of-sale systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
