Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Actively engage with customers to identify needs, present solutions, and close sales transactions efficiently during peak weekend hours.
- Client Acquisition: Build a loyal customer base through exceptional service, follow-ups, and relationship management.
- Product Expert: Develop deep knowledge of our products and services to provide expert advice and handle objections effectively.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the floor team to ensure a seamless customer experience and share best practices.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets and weekly goals.
- Feedback Loop: Provide constructive feedback to management regarding customer trends and market feedback.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or direct sales is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for occasional overtime.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, professional demeanor.
- Goal-Oriented: A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Work Ethic: High level of energy, resilience, and a strong desire to earn uncapped income.
- Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US.
