Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend solutions that align with their goals.
- Customer Experience: Deliver world-class service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.
- Merchandising & Operations: Maintain a clean, organized sales floor; ensure all displays are eye-catching and inventory is accurately stocked.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the weekday team to align on sales strategies and support overall store objectives.
- Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and have flexibility for occasional holidays.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and KPIs.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment and handle high-volume customer traffic.
