Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by actively engaging with customers and effectively promoting products and services.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer inquiries and provide expert recommendations.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale using retail management systems.
- Assist in visual merchandising and store organization to ensure a welcoming and organized shopping environment.
- Collaborate with the team to meet weekly and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Handle customer complaints and returns with empathy and professionalism to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Reliable attendance and the ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Basic computer proficiency and cash handling experience.
- A positive attitude, high energy, and a genuine passion for sales.
