Responsibilities
- Engage with customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked with inventory at all times.
- Execute visual merchandising standards to showcase products effectively.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals on a weekly basis.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not mandatory (training provided).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Familiarity with mobile technology and POS systems is a plus.
