Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, providing exceptional service to drive sales and customer loyalty.
- Process sales transactions quickly and accurately at the register, including handling cash, credit cards, and returns.
- Merchandise the sales floor according to company standards, ensuring the store looks organized and inviting.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly sales targets.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and loss prevention guidelines.
Qualifications
