Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Drive sales performance by consistently meeting and exceeding daily and weekly targets.
- Manage store operations during peak weekend hours to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Build and maintain a loyal customer base through follow-up communication.
- Assist in inventory management and visual merchandising displays.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but we provide full training for the right attitude.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and some weekday evenings.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Self-motivated with a hunger for earning bonuses.
