Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to identify needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Maintain a pristine showroom environment and assist with merchandising.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve collective sales goals.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and drive repeat business.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Available to work weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- Self-motivated with a hunger for performance-based bonuses.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
