Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth through consultative selling and personalized customer experiences
- Exhibit deep product knowledge to effectively demonstrate features and benefits
- Meet/exceed weekly sales targets while maintaining premium service standards
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Execute visual merchandising plans to enhance product presentation
- Collaborate with team to achieve departmental KPIs
- Participate in weekend inventory and floor maintenance activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail/sales experience with proven track record
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong closing ability and comfort with commission-based compensation
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts required)
