Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Proactively engage with potential clients and customers to identify sales opportunities and close deals.
- Meet Quotas: Consistently achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to qualify for performance bonuses.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
- Product Knowledge: Master our product portfolio and effectively communicate features and benefits to diverse audiences.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.

Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotational basis.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or retail.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
- Goal-Oriented: Strong drive to succeed and a results-oriented mindset.
- Technology: Proficiency with computers and CRM software is preferred.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the Atlanta office.
