Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and sales opportunities through outbound calling and digital outreach
- Manage full sales cycle from qualification to closure using Salesforce CRM
- Exceed monthly quotas while maintaining high client satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with day teams to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads
- Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and adjust sales strategies
- Attend mandatory evening training sessions and quarterly performance reviews
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inside sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- Highly organized with strong time management for night shift flexibility
- Associate degree or equivalent sales certification required
- Willingness to work flexible evening schedule (5 PM - 1 AM CST)
- Valid driver's license for occasional client meetings
