Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a portfolio of new and existing client relationships within the Omaha and PA regions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers to drive sales.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial lead generation to closing the deal.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective outreach strategies.
- Track sales data accurately in CRM systems and prepare regular performance reports.
- Represent the company at community events and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelorâs degree is a plus.
- No prior sales experience requiredâwe provide full training.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and earn commissions.
- Valid driverâs license and reliable transportation (for client visits).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
