Responsibilities
- Greet and Engage: Welcome every customer with a smile, actively listening to their needs to provide top-tier service.
- Sales Execution: Drive revenue by educating customers on products and confidently closing sales transactions.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor in accordance with company standards.
- Merchandising: Assist with stock replenishment, inventory counts, and visual display setups.
- Customer Follow-up: Handle inquiries, process returns/exchanges, and address customer feedback professionally.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required; we train the right attitude.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Goal-Oriented: A self-starter with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move around the sales floor efficiently.
