Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations to drive sales.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention and loyalty.
- Manage daily sales floor operations, including stocking, organizing displays, and maintaining a clean environment.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash and credit payments.
- Collaborate with team members to execute marketing campaigns and promotional events effectively.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred but not required for high performers.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with POS systems is a plus.
