Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Drive sales by achieving daily/weekly targets and upselling premium merchandise
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling in-store displays
- Collaborate with team to maintain organized, stock-filled, and visually appealing sales floor
- Participate in inventory management and loss prevention initiatives
- Build lasting customer relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales goals in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clientele
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with POS technology
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and resilience in high-traffic retail settings
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
