Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads to generate a consistent pipeline of high-quality opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients, effectively articulating value propositions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus but not required (we train motivated candidates).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
