Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals to contribute to the team's success.
- Provide exceptional customer service and product education to ensure client satisfaction.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase value propositions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation through to closing and account management.
- Track sales data and report progress to management regularly.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Self-motivated individual with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is an asset.
