Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and cold calling.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and needs analysis for potential clients in DC and PA.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Manage a high-volume sales pipeline using our CRM (Salesforce) to ensure accurate tracking.
- Build lasting relationships with clients to drive repeat business and high-value referrals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted outreach strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in sales (2+ years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a 'hunter' mentality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn uncapped income.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.
