Responsibilities
- Drive new business development by identifying and qualifying high-value leads through outbound prospecting and networking.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to showcase value propositions.
- Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and close sales deals to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system regarding customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize sales campaigns and improve lead quality.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer retention and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in sales or a strong willingness to learn and be trained in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a persuasive demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a competitive drive and resilience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
