Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate qualified leads.
- Present and demonstrate our premium products/services to prospective clients with a focus on value proposition.
- Identify and understand client needs to recommend tailored solutions that drive revenue growth.
- Close deals efficiently while maintaining a high conversion rate.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to optimize sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, real estate, insurance, or customer service (entry-level candidates with high energy are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate value clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated self-motivation and a hunger to earn based on performance.
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for local outreach in SF and TX markets).
