Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with potential clients via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to meet the specific needs of customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to drive company growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales pitches and strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice.
- Manage a high volume of leads while ensuring exceptional customer service standards.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service (Entry-level candidates with high energy considered).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a commission-only environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus but not required.
