Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions to meet client needs and close sales.
- Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems accurately and in a timely manner.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with marketing and support teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive, consultative approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive atmosphere.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
