Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting and lead generation campaigns during night hours.
- Qualify inbound leads and transition them through the sales pipeline effectively.
- Utilize Salesforce and CRM tools to track interactions, manage pipelines, and update client records.
- Present product demonstrations and handle complex objections to secure contracts.
- Collaborate with the morning support team to ensure seamless handovers and continuity.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Lead Generation.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a Night Shift environment (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is highly preferred).
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve aggressive sales quotas.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
