Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales strategies, including cold calling and lead generation, to identify new business opportunities.
- Present product demonstrations and service offerings to prospective clients, focusing on value-added solutions.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs through consistent effort and strategy.
- Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage the sales pipeline and track progress.
- Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to refine sales techniques and improve conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and close.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
