Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers with a positive attitude, ensuring a welcoming shopping experience.
- Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Drive revenue growth by actively identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing according to company standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers to foster loyalty.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move merchandise up to 25 lbs.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new POS systems quickly.
