Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their unique needs and challenges.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our services.
- Close deals and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to refine sales strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success (experience in a related industry is a plus).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly preferred.
