- Drive Revenue: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and strategic outreach.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business growth.
- CRM Maintenance: Accurately log all interactions and sales data into our CRM system to ensure seamless follow-up.
- Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and collateral.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record in sales, B2B sales, or customer service (Entry-level to Experienced candidates encouraged to apply).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated individual who thrives in a competitive environment and meets/exceeds targets.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
- Technology: Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and events as required.
