Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance by actively engaging customers and identifying their needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Merchandise the sales floor, ensuring products are displayed attractively and inventory is organized.
- Collaborate with the management team to meet daily and monthly sales targets.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and seasonal resets.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift boxes up to 25 lbs.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
