Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Drive sales revenue by actively upselling products and demonstrating expert product knowledge.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Assist with visual merchandising and maintain high standards for store appearance and cleanliness.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and manage product displays effectively.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely, empathetic, and solution-oriented manner.
- Collaborate closely with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience is considered a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated focus on customer service.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
- Familiarity with retail POS systems (e.g., Square, Clover, or similar).
