Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through proactive outbound prospecting and networking.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients in the Philadelphia area.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
- Consult with clients to identify their specific needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with campaign goals.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is required; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales or customer service roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive demeanor.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, commission-based environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Self-motivated with a hunger to learn and achieve financial goals.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus.
