Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Merchandise the sales floor to company standards, maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing environment.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to recommend products and services that drive revenue.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
