Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions to drive revenue.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to qualify for performance bonuses.
- Build and maintain a robust network of clients through effective follow-up strategies.
- Manage inventory and display areas to ensure a visually appealing and organized sales floor.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share market insights and improve overall team performance.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and confident demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus.
