Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer consultations to drive sales and build loyalty
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create engaging shopping environments
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Collaborate with team to achieve daily/monthly sales targets
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities based on customer needs
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Actively participate in product training sessions to maintain expertise
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience preferred
- Proven ability to achieve sales goals in customer-facing roles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic tech tools
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving and time management abilities
- Valid CA driver's license (if required for store transfers)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
