Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers entering the store with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Provide exceptional product knowledge and demonstrate features/benefits to close sales.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.
Qualifications
- No prior sales experience required; we train you!
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
- Enthusiastic attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow.
