Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a positive and professional attitude.
- Learn and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products and services.
- Assist customers in finding the perfect solution to meet their needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a focus on total customer satisfaction.
- Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- No prior sales experience is required; we train all new hires.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency for processing transactions.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
