Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a professional and enthusiastic demeanor, ensuring a premium client experience.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet those needs.
- Utilize CRM tools to accurately log interactions, track progress, and manage follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor environment at all times.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively to ensure high retention rates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; a college degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with learning new software systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by business needs.
- Must possess a positive attitude, high energy, and a willingness to learn.
