Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a professional and inviting atmosphere.
- Assist customers in navigating the store and finding products that match their specific requirements.
- Perform product demonstrations and clearly articulate features and benefits to drive sales.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Build and maintain a loyal customer base through follow-up communication and relationship building.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing in accordance with company standards.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation is required for local market coverage.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
