Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and determine their specific needs or requirements.
- Process sales transactions accurately, including handling cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Demonstrate products and services effectively, explaining features and benefits to build customer confidence.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue per transaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet daily and weekly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Qualifications
