Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly as they enter the store, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist customers in locating products, providing detailed product knowledge, and making recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked to maintain a professional appearance.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Stay updated on product inventory and promotional events.
Qualifications
- No previous sales or retail experience required; we provide full training.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating change.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as required.
