Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
- Operational Excellence: Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Customer Experience: Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
- Merchandising: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked according to company standards.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets assigned by management.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during the shift.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM or similar).
- Communication: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Technology: Basic computer proficiency and comfort with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
