Responsibilities
- Engage customers in a welcoming manner, identifying needs and recommending appropriate products or services.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Manage inventory and stock levels during the night shift to ensure product availability.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with recurring customers.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and loss prevention measures.
- Collaborate with the day-shift management team to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred.
- Must be available to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to the Virginia Beach or Illinois location.
