Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through targeted cold calling, email campaigns, and social outreach
- Present tailored solutions to enterprise clients via virtual and in-person demonstrations
- Exceed monthly sales quotas while maintaining 85%+ client satisfaction metrics
- Leverage Salesforce CRM to track pipeline activity and forecast revenue accurately
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales collateral
- Conduct competitive analysis to position solutions against market alternatives
- Participate in weekly training to master new product features and sales techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years proven B2B inside sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Expert proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent CRM platforms
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to articulate complex solutions clearly
- Strong negotiation experience with enterprise-level ($50K+ deal size) clients
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to thrive in remote/hybrid environments
- Valid driver's license for occasional client meetings in Virginia Beach area
- Associate degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
