Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Execute outbound prospecting and inbound sales calls to generate high-quality leads and close deals on a nightly basis.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor daily and weekly KPIs, including call volume, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
- CRM Management: Accurately update and maintain customer data in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Problem Solving: Address client concerns effectively and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the morning sales team to ensure seamless handovers and strategy alignment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer success roles.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM) with flexibility for overtime.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a confident and persuasive tone.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a high level of motivation and energy during night shifts.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and phone systems.
