What You’ll Do:
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving revenue through direct sales initiatives and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new leads through outbound calling, networking, and digital outreach strategies.
- Present and demonstrate our premium products/services to potential clients with confidence and clarity.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Close sales deals according to established guidelines and company standards.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to final contract signing.
- Track sales metrics and report performance regularly to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize sales campaigns.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing (Entry-level candidates with strong drive are encouraged to apply).
- Proven ability to work effectively during night shifts (typically 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM).
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a “hunter” mentality and a track record of meeting targets.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus but not required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
