Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to drive sales and build client relationships
- Meet/exceed daily/weekly sales targets through product demonstrations and upselling
- Process transactions accurately and maintain organized cash handling procedures
- Manage inventory, restock displays, and ensure store presentation standards
- Collaborate with night shift team to achieve store-wide sales goals
- Utilize CRM system to track customer preferences and follow-up opportunities
- Participate in product knowledge training to stay current on inventory
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience with track record of meeting/exceeding targets
- Availability to work flexible night shifts (typically 6 PM - 2 AM)
