Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in-store to provide product recommendations and solutions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers to ensure loyalty.
- Assist in inventory management, restocking shelves, and maintaining a pristine sales floor environment.
- Collaborate with the day shift management team to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with a focus on conflict resolution.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals consistently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
