Responsibilities

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Restock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team for timely replenishment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist in implementing visual merchandising strategies to highlight key products.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Basic math skills and proficiency with handheld scanners.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
