Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through inbound and outbound communication channels (phone, email, chat).
- Close sales and maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
- Manage customer relationships and ensure accurate data entry into CRM systems.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the support team to resolve complex client issues.
- Participate in nightly sales training and team huddles.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
- Ability to work effectively during the Night Shift (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
