The Role:
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, connecting with customers to deliver exceptional service and driving revenue growth. You will handle inbound and outbound inquiries, build relationships, and close deals.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients via phone and email to identify sales opportunities and qualify leads.
- Close deals and secure revenue through consultative selling techniques and relationship building.
- Maintain and update accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize sales strategies and improve customer retention.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous sales experience (retail or B2B) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Strong communication skills with a professional and persuasive tone.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn CRM software quickly.
