Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume pipeline of inbound and outbound sales leads.
- Conduct product presentations and product demonstrations via phone and video conferencing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close deals and exceed monthly quotas.
- Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to optimize lead quality.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
